I've upgraded to a larger mount, and since my CFO won't allow me to own 2 setups, I am reluctantly selling my beloved Avalon M-Zero HQ + TPod90 Tripod.

Pretty much as-new condition. Purchased new from Testar Christmas 2021. Has only ever been stored indoors (it's so small, I leave it setup permanently in a corner of my living room).

If you know, you know. Avalon mounts are the Ferarri of the astro world: superb engineering, elastomer-belt-drives, rock solid guiding, zero backlash, zero maintenance.. and all of this with the trademark Avalon * no meridian flip *!

The mount weighs only 7.5kg.

If you care, my astrobin is here - almost entirely taken with this mount:

Sale includes:
* M-Zero HQ Mount
* Stargo WiFi Controller + handset
* Counterweight+bar (a measly 0.5kg - and not even needed if you get balance right).
* TPod 90 Tripod
* Vixen saddle on main dec arm
* Stargo clamp (allows you to mount the Stargo unit on the dual-dec arm much like an m-uno)
* Avalon X-Guider installed on dual-dec - allows you to mount another OTA to use as an active counterweight (alone this is almost $600). Run 2 imaging trains simultaneously.
* Avalon soft bags for both tripod and mount

Purchased new from Testar Christmas 2021.

The mount guides flawlessly - I shoot from a rather noisy wooden deck, but even so am almost always 0.5" - 0.6" total RMS (and have frequent excellent nights in the 0.3"-0.4" range).

All up this cost me around $8500.

$4500 + postage.
