After my previous first attempt in mono on the dragons (https://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=205147), I thought of keeping things simple. So, about 29h of imaging time later, I ended up with a 4 tile mosaic and a 100 Megapixels monstrosity.

Imaging was done around the new moon in June and July. Same equipment: Askar 65PHQ + ASI533MM Pro + 3nm SHO filters. Dither and drizzle for all filters with every frame. Each frame 300 sec and the tiles are roughly equal in numbers, between 75-95 total images per tile.

Same pre- and post-processing workflow in Pixinsight, using the Foraxx Palette Utility script. Color adjusted to taste.

Happy how Pixinsight handled the tile stitching.

A lot of time and effort has been well rewarded. I like the presentation of different views, more bang for ones buck, cool stuff. The nebulosity looks nice and solid almost 3D in places but I'd like to see the stars shine a bit more and perhaps just let a few more shine through to make it look a little more "stellar" but hey, otherwise, great stuff

Thank you all for your nice words and feedback. This target is very ‘suitable’ for the Foraxx palette, so it was pleasure working on it.

Personally, looking over and over again, my eyes keep going towards the under belly of the dragon on the right. The fire impression is somehow mesmerising.
