Hello all,
Planned to take my Skywatcher alt az virtuoso GTI out for the first time in a while. Updated drivers and app and off I went. Three hours later I didn't see or image a single thing.
It's was horrendous and I'm not sure why i had so many problems, maybe the new syn scan app v 2.3.9?
In summary:
- slewing wouldn't always work. Click and hold an arrow and it would slightly move then stop. Double clicking then holding sometimes worked.
- press right arrow image jumps to the left if double clicked and held down might have been lucky acouple time to have moved right as expected after jumping left. Press left arrow image also jumps to the left.
- connected to sharp cap intially then crashed and now won't connect to sharp cap.
- troubles when connecting in stellarium. Eventually get it to connect and stellarium just Lags like crazy due to it.
-troubles with ascom but eventually fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling.
Can't find old version of syn scan app to try so stuck with this version for now.
Any particular settings can help?
Or maybe can It be run from a different program?
