Skywatcher AZ-EQ6 Pro

I’m selling my AZ-EQ6 Pro which is about 1.5 years old bought from Astro Anarchy. It is no longer required.

I originally had it on sale together with other items which perhaps made it look too expensive because we all know extras are free, right?

I did not buy the Skywatcher tripod as I had one of those extras a Berlebach tripod which I’ll now advertise separately. The skywatcher tripod is about $200 (or at least that was, I think the discount on the mount for not having it).

It will come with three counterweights (not shown in the photos)

The photo does show the upgraded prims Luce land saddle. This is available for an extra 200

Mount without the saddle $1800 INCLUDING the Geoptic carry case but not including shipping.

$2000 with the saddle (these are $319 new)

Hi Chris, can you send me the dimensions of the box for the scope along with its weight? I just want to get a quote from Aus Post as well. And yes, I do need the receipt. Thank you.

Scope? I assume you meant mount?

The Geoptik case is 50cm x 50cm x 28cm and weighs 18.5kg on the bathroom scales. That’s with putting bubble wrap round it so assume a bit bigger.

That doesn’t include the counterweights (x3) and the two original saddle heads (it comes with two for side by side mounting. I’ve never used either.

Sorry about that. Yes, I meant the mount. I think you have to send the items in 2 separate boxes because auspost only has 22 kg limit per parcel. Can you let me know how much all together the price for the postage? Also, I am waiting how much the tripod suitable for this mount from Optics Central. If it will be expensive, I don't think I can afford this.

Thanks mate but the tripod you are selling is a bit expensive. I'll wait for Optics Central to come back to me and I'll let you know.
