Yesterday morning and evening I looked at 32 PN with a 10" Dob and a UHC filter.
The data for these PN is in the attached list.

Hi Glenc, nice list of PN's you observed there!
There are some on your list that I haven't seen before. I will hunt them down next clear night. Thanks for posting

Thanks Joe. I saw 2 more PN last night NGCs 6563 and 7027.
NGC 7027 is only 600 years old.

Those are nice pairs to observe that you mentioned Glen.
Another nice pairing of a PN with another object is NGC 6818 and Barnard's Galaxy NGC 6822 in Sagittarius. 41' apart. This is a beautiful pairing from a dark site!

Yes PN NGC 6818 and Barnard's Galaxy NGC 6822 are a beautiful pair from a dark site!
Last night I saw a very faint PN NGC 4071 using a 12" Dob and a UHC filter at 167x. It is mag 13, 40" across and forms an isosceles triangle with mag 12 stars.
The attached image is from SteveC.

Great list Glen. Just when I was giving myself a small pat on the back for having seen them all, you throw in the doubles - gonna have to check them out next time as they sound great. I think the most impressive thing about your list, having seen you briefly in action at Astrofest, is that you seem to just casually slew your scope around by hand, and boom, there's your target!

Patrick, I enjoyed looking at them all with your 20".
It took me a while to find 4071 last night.
I confirmed it with the two orange stars (1 of them double) at top right in the attached image.

my notes tell me that 4071 is very faint even in the 20", so you seem to have done well spotting it with the 12".
Are you going to AF this year?
