11th May.
Some nice sunspots have been moving across the Sun's disc the last few days. The first and second images show the sunspots on May 9th and May 11th resp. The groups near the western limb have produced a number of flares. The weather conditions were not the best today for H-alpha shots - cloudy and windy, but I managed two of the western sector. There were some prominences as well. All images are single exposures with a Canon 550d camera. Scopes: 81 mm WO refractor / herschel wedge for the sunspots and a Lunt 100 solar scope (SS) for the H-alpha shots. Thanks for viewing.
