Selling a NexStar SE mount that came with a Celestron 8SE. I bought this primarily for visual but also to see if I'd enjoy astrophotography and see how far I could push it. I've finally decided to upgrade to a better suited mount.
With the wedge and guiding I was able to get fairly reliable 60 second subs with 1275mm focal length.The wedge is adjustable for all east coast latitudes and also uses a lazy susan + locking bolts to make minor adjustments without needing to move the tripod.
Selling with the wedge, and possibly the battery although that may not be possible with postage.
Looking for $200, happy to post at buyers expense. I'm based in ACT.
I'm also selling a StarSense AutoAlign and a SkySync GPS that could be bundled with this.
