These adapters allow you to get an internet connection where wifi isn’t available or if you can’t or don’t want to run a hardwired cable.
This allows the internet to run over the properties power. I had it connected from the back of the house into the garage and it has been working great. I have a 200mbps internet speed and I was obtaining 50 with these which was more than enough. For the best performance this must be plugged straight into the wall on both ends (not in a power board!).
Depending on how your home’s internal wiring is you can get mixed results. Everyone I have used at a few different homes have all worked.
This is the older model DHP-P600AV as D-Link have released the DHP-P601AV.
The new model retails for $170+.
I am asking for $110 including shipping.
