My first attempt at Solar photography, not ideal to kick off on the day but was a lot of fun. Some shots of totality and an attempt at a composition, it was so hard with my poor laptop taking major strain with the composition in Photoshop!

Long drive from Perth but worth every single second and just awe inspiring and magical!

The totality shots are stacked in photoshop from a few salvageable exposures, I took a whole bunch of bracketed exposures but of course not all turned out right.

Taken with a ASI533MC Pro and Asiair
Skywatcher 80ED
Celestron AVX Mount

Cheers, thanks! Definitely worth the drive and despite the rip off prices in the overflow camp AKA Red Dirt City where you had to book for a minimum of 4 nights, we only stayed for two.
But an amazing experience, lessons learnt for the next one in 2028, but the bracketing sequence I setup in the ASIair helped with just pushing a button and fully enjoying the spectacle, just special and almost spiritual.
