Alices I Phone Issues Some Help Please

Hi Guys,

A few days ago Alice lost the ability to receive and or send Emails on her IPhone, she has I Phone 13 Pro.

Then she goes into settings it tells her that the I Cloud storage is full and cant receive anymore data.

That is all well but she cant delete and/or empty the storage.

We have tried everything, but are not that savey with phones, so would there be anyone here that might help and tell us how to fix this email thing.

Hi Leon


Do you have access to the iCloud storage from a computer? You just might be able to do something then.


Otherwise, I think you will have to phone Apple support. I have found them them surprisingly helpful most of the time. The support is a good reason for buying Apple products, which I don't have, but, SWMBO does!
