The Horsehead Nebula. Taken over several nights in Dec 2022/Jan 2023.
WO Zenithstar 61 + ASI294MC Pro. Used 90% of the best frames. Total of 4h 27min of calibrated data obtained from Bortle 5 with a street lamp nearby. PP in Siril and then in Affinity Photo.

Thank you all. Initially this started as a test to see, if I can get some semi decent result in broadband from Bortle 5. The initial run collected about 2h of data, but as soon as stretched the noise was pretty excessive. With 2 more hours of data things started looking better. One would wonder what more integration time could do.

The dust and gas of this image has a high impact. My only dislike is the star sizes. All the rest looks pretty good I think.

Hi Paul,
Apart from a slight star reduction when recomposing the starless and star images, nothing else has been done to the stars. The editing was mainly on the nebulosity.
