Still tinkering with the new FSQ plus 645 reducer combination.

I'm noticing on nights of excellent seeing the extreme corners of NB images show some coma, but meh...I guess that's the price of the 5 degree field.

I was surprised to see the "fickle finger" (near the keyhole) actually resolved at this image scale. I'd expect the full field would probably make a nice 16x20 print.

The sampling of the QHY600 at this image scale is excellent.
Next step will be mating my SBIG CFW to the QHY so I can use
my AstroDon 3nm NB set.

Wide field LRGB from my backyard Obs is very difficult these days due new housing estates popping up
like mushrooms in what was once my local "green belt".

Naturally, my local weather forecast does not bode well for the new moon....
