MS, Google et al are no doubt working hard but the problem is hard too and if what they provide fails to provide a level of accuracy users find adequate quickly they may find it is hard to retain interest. This has happened to some degree with all those just talk to me 'assistants' which many found snoopy and not particularly useful.
