I don't think there is one. You could email them and ask. Interesting that their website automatically converts web prices to AUD.

There was a post from a guy in Melbourne on Cloudy Night who said there was a Agent for JTW in Melbourne.
Maybe I have to ask him directly!

If they deal with Mark, I can’t deal with them, sorry.

OMG...friction drive?
I have seen various incarnations of these come and go
over the decades. New they all worked fine...but after a few years of use...particulates and contaminants on the disk caused significant tracking spikes and major grief for the users.
But, never say never, maybe the've finally made a good one.
You will be dealing with Diego and Bill, so you will be fine :D
Personally I would wait a bit longer for the dust to settle on the Trident especially when it comes to the software, but I would be interested in seeing some evidence to back up that claim Peter - not having a go at you, but that is a serious claim for those considering the mount. (or other friction mounts like the Mesu)

Given they have delivered their first mount to Australia - Queensland - it will be great to see a review of it once it is well put through its paces.
From Facebook all over the world folk are starting to get deliveries I see and initial performance looks promising. Can't wait until we see a really thorough review! Also interesting how they announced about 6 different mounts now - for all different carrying capacities and use cases...
