Just a quick grab at the end of a night shooting some widefield of Orion. Cloud cut the Orion session short before it headed into the trees but cleared to the south to enable this capture of Carina. 4 x 2mins, 30mm lens, iOptron Sky Tracker. Same lens for Orion, 30 x 2mins, not quite a Nightscape but I threw it in anyway! Taken from the Yarra Valley on the outskirts of Melbourne.

Thanks Joe, it's nice to be able to get to some pretty dark skies in about an hours drive from the CBD. From where I live, I can get to Bortle 3/4 in less than half that time.
Thanks Warren, I planned a session lasting a bit more than a quick grab but the clouds took too long to clear in the north that night.
