shortcut stopped working.

As some of you may know, I am close to computer illiterate. My internet banking shortcut has stopped working, so I deleted it; how do I create a new one?

I would directly type in the website of whichever bank you are with and find the link from there to create a new shortcut.

When I do netbanking on my PC I actually tend to type in the bank URL directly and use the link from there rather than using any shortcut.
