The wet has turned dry in Darwin

Hi Guys some nine months ago I planned and organized a trip to Darwin to once again experience the wet and those magical storms and do some real photography:D

Well I arrived here on the 4th January and am located on the Nightcliff Foreshore, and to date not a storm to be seen, it rained a little earlier and now the sky's are blue the sun is shining and not a hint of a storm cloud in the near future:shrug:

Extremely unusual as January is supposed to be the pick of the months for some real action.

I have been here before and usually it is all going off like a house full of crackers.

That would be right I organise and pay for all this for 5 weeks and go home with nothing :sadeyes:

So to all you Northern Territory people, what is going on :shrug:

sorry to know your trip is not as fruitful

My good freind in Darwin said she
is over the rain, enough...that really says something.

Thank you Paul, i have experienced the storms before, however this week is proving disappointing , but i still have a month so hopefully things will improve.:shrug:
