Last week I was using my Meade ETX125 PE, when I got a "motor drive error" come up on the hand set. Then later the hand set stopped working all together.

I took into Bintel today, and they just replaced it for me on the spot. Now hows that for service.

Amazing folks there, and great to see what they did for you on the spot.

My laser collimator turned up the next day after ordering
and was able to finally collimate mt 12" GSO after 3 months of mucking about.

Nothing to much for these fine people
