Loose secondary mirror

Hi I have a Meade LXD75 8" SN Newtonian ,after the last time I collamated the scope I notice that the fiber washer had popped our and the mirror is now lose .Can anyone what size the washer's are and the best way to replace them and realign the mirror .Ian

As no one could help me with my problem I threw caution to the wind took the bit in my mouth and dived and now I have a tight and clean secondary mirror as well as a clean collector plate and clean primary ,all I need now is clear skies
