Just to clarify this focuser - though I bought it hoping to use it on a C11 I do not believe it will work on that. It is definitely designed for Newtonian scopes, both from the mounting and the draw tube design & operation.

I suppose there is no way to adapt it to a refractor is there?

Short answer: I wouldn't recommend it.
Long answer: If you were handy with a 3D printer you might be able to come up with a way. It has no threaded attachment point, instead having the classic 4 corner screw holes and curved profile adapters to suit attaching directly to the tube of the newtonian.
If you're up for the project let me know, but I feel pretty crap having bought the thing that would never have worked on the scope I bought it for, and I'd rather not inflict that on anyone else.

No worries, thanks for your honest answer :)
Are you able to take a photo of the other side where it attaches to the telescope?

I've updated the photos to show in detail what is here.
I've been doing a bit more research (hey, better late than never, right?) and it is definitely the Moonlite 2" for Newtonians. The refractor model looks quite different. You can see them both here: https://focuser.com/products.php
I've put as many images as I can on the original post, but the full list of pics I took is here: https://imgur.com/a/tf5TFGv
From looking at their website, one might need to buy a different final adapter depending on the arc of your newtonian. Again, 3D printing is probably the go here for those who have access. I happen to have a 10" Dob here at the moment (long story - anyone want to buy a 10" dob in Melbourne?) and the mounting plate fits perfectly to the arc of the scope, so I'm confident this will work for 10" newtonians. They list adapters for 5,6,8,10,12,14, and 16 inch scopes that are priced at about $125 each, plus shipping from the states.
Hope this helps!

Now $600 posted. A great addition to any 10" Newt, especially if you're imaging.

make me an offer folks, I'd rather see it go to a new home than buy another newtonian just so I can put it to use!
Save me from myself, PLEASE!
