12th Dec Lots of sunspots

12th Dec. Lots of sunspots this morning. Atmosphere was very windy and cloudy but I found a blue patch passing by to capture this single exposure of the sunspots at 540 nm wavelength. Canon 550d camera.

Well done finding that patch of blue John! There's quite a few active regions on that disk including some just popping up out of nowhere. Nice image :)
