After testing our double stack configuration on the 102mm refractor, we also tried it on our 72ED.
We have always had difficulties getting mosaics of the sun to work but gave it another go yesterday. Although still with issues it is our best effort yet. This full disk is made up of 7 panels taken over too long a length of time (something we need to work on). The issue with the sun is that it changes in a very short time, and for each panel you need to take at least a 30 second video and then flats before moving to the next panel. Anyway, it does make for a full disk that you can zoom in on a little.

We imaged AR3153 and it is interesting to compare the FOV to the 102mm images from yesterday. This configuration is also providing good results.
When putting together the mosaic we discovered this very faint prom right on the western limb that also had a ball of plasma appearing to float unattached to anything. It was right on the edge of our FOV so whether there was anything above it or not is unknown. West is up in this image.
