The first image is around 8:22pm (very light sky) and the last one just as Io touched the limb was around 8:40pm. You can see the background change as the sky darkened a bit.

Another wonderful capture! Due to the weather I’m pretty much living this planetary season through other peoples captures so I’m so glad you’re posting !

Thanks David. We can only maybe commiserate regarding the weather. We thought that it has been bad here for planet season but it sounds like we have come off reasonably well compared to many other parts of the country. We've been particularly driven to capture Jupiter before it starts to move more towards the northern hemisphere in the years ahead.

Thanks Russ. We are keen to try to get the last few Jupiter images before the end of the season as the following years will not be as good.
