Around a year ago I took delivery of a CEM120 and a 12" f4 truss scope.
It has taken me until last night to string together some time without clouds or a moon to test it all out.

A short bright object for my first, and from suburbia. 4H of 5min subs with the QHY9M.

Thanks everyone, it is great to be back imaging again. Really happy with the mount so far, hopefully get lots more use out of it in the coming months.

Beautiful image. I just picked up a SW300P f4 newt for my new observatory build and it is great to see what a scope similar to that can produce. Great level of detail and colours look great.

Ah high there Peter, welcome back :hi:

Sounds like a great new scope and mount, are they from Sidereal Trading?

I understand delays in using equipment you are busting to test out! :scared: :)

Great first light too, NGC 253, a great choice!

Hope your commissioning goes well, enjoy
