Basically identical to the ZWO ASI290MM Mini but has the advantage of a USB3.0 interface so it supports a much higher frame rate.
I just got this back from QHY warranty after the USB port was damaged. I did a quick test and its working fine now.
Comes in the original packaging with all the accessories:
