This is a new image of the Topsy Turvey Galaxy. I have imaged this before but I wanted a wider field of view which also included the IFN between the galaxy and us.

This image has 35.5 hours of integration.

Hi Paul,
that's an excellent result -
possibly the best amateur shot I can find.
It seems you have picked up the IFN and many other little galaxies.

Absolutely beautiful. Normally I'm not a fan of the diffraction spikes but this makes the image that more special.

Very nice result Paul, I like the dusty field on this one, its all over the place and quite prominent, the total confusion in the galaxy structure makes it quite different to other bright galaxies too, almost kind of topsy turvy :D .

Wilco the equipment is listed on my webpage under the images for future reference. The equipment though in this case is a 12" OOUK AG12, ASI6200MM with Astrodon filters on a PME mount. This is not to be confused with the other 12" OOUK AG12 with QSI683 I also own. The system for this image is the wider field view of the two. It is imaging at 2x2 bin at around 1.39" The QSI system is imaging at 0.94" imaging 1x1 bin.
