Barely used Uranus-C astro camera based on the 585 sensor with a minor fault that produces some horizontal banding at very top of image (see included images). The fault effected only a certain batch of camera's manufactured a couple of months ago, and I have been reassured that no other functionality of the camera has been effected (it otherwise works fine), nor is there any concern about the fault getting worse (its just baked into the camera from the manufacturing process). The fault doesnt appear when using the camera for planetary imaging (which is actually its main purpose, but I've been using it for live stacking EAA). I got a replacement camera from the supplier and was gifted this one. I will consider trading for a asi 120mm guide camera (and maybe $150?).

I'm not exactly sure of what gain settings and conditions the fault occurs, as it hasn't shown up in many of my images. It seems to only be when the gain is up sufficiently high (maybe over 350? I'm not exactly sure). You can't see it at all in my live stack of the Great Orion Nebula, but it is visible in my live stack image of the Lagoon (which was in bin 2x2), but I can't see any sign of it in my live stack of the Great Barred Spiral. The fault is worse in native resolution, better at 2x2 binning, and almost completely gone at 3x3 binning.

Feel free to contact me with any questions. Note: my images are not a very good example of the capabilities of this camera, I'm new to astro imaging and because I'm not guided and am exceeding the weight limits of my mount I'm limited to about 10-15 second exposures (fl 1000mm). Stacked images, no post or cropping.
