We captured the GRS on Jupiter and six moons with Saturn.
Both taken with our 6" SCT, 1.8x barlow, ASI178MC and ZWO ADC.

Well despite the changing conditions, you still managed to grab some good footage during the better seeing. Nicely done again Averton! :thumbsup:

P & C,
Your setup is proving to be a real winner with images such as these. Nice to see Jupiter in this phase - the red spot prominent amongst all the swirly whirly storm patterns. Top work, very clean - I've never quite managed to get close to this quality- focusing and collimation is paramount as with the ace of spades - seeing.

Thanks Michael, Jeff, Steve, David and Anthony for your encouraging feedback. We are very happy with this present set up. It did take a little time to tune it to this point but it was well worth the effort.

As far as the east coast of Australia is concerned, Melbourne seems to have got off lightly this year ... probably regret saying this :)
