Need to make more posts and be a contributor.

The terms of IceTrades are listed in the IIS terms of service.


Members need to be a member for at least one month and contributed at least 5 posts before they can post an ad. This is just a simple way to protect against or discourage shifty dealers, etc without dis-advantaging genuine members too much.
