WITHDRAWN: Trade TeleVue tripods?

This is probably a long shot...

I have a TeleVue Panoramic mount with ash tripod. I've just bought a Vixen ED115S which is really a bit too heavy for it.

Anyone have a Gibraltar tripod that they want to swap for a lighter Panoramic one? The Panoramic tripod weighs 10lbs (around 4.5kg) compared to approx 20lbs (around 8kg) for the Gibraltar. I can lift the Panoramic tripod and head with one hand.

Note that it's just the tripod that I want to swap, not the head. The tripod is approx. 7 years old and in excellent condition. The only signs of wear are on the 'spikes' on the feet.

Sorry, after tonight's viewing with the ED115S I had a good look at where the vibrations were coming from, and it turns out that the Panoramic head itself isn't strong enough for such a heavy (and long) scope. Therefore, there is nothing really to be gained by changing the tripod.
