Reply and Quick Reply have disappeared from thread view this morning while moderating. Running Firefox 102.0 64 bit on win 10.

No problems in Chrome, but I did have some issues just now trying to reply from Firefox - kept telling me the message was too short and wouldn't post.

Depends on the thread. That one is closed, so you can't reply.
if it's happening on other open threads, then yes, that's a bug. Otherwise it's normal behaviour.
