Thanks for posting the link Hans, wont get my knickers in a twist about the obvious commercial connections, ( v's gov / council sponsorship, different ends of the same circle ). Enjoyable display none the less, hope no drones were damaged in the making of the show, were some wonky landings.

That is impressive and technically it would be very difficult to achieve -

controlling so many drones in 3 dimensions with high accuracy in real time.

And the oldest entertainment trick ...put on a kids show to bring in the adults.

How exciting a new opportunity for creativity ...here is a chance to write a performance..it could not take much to come up with something a little more imaginative... I am thinking two eagles fighting MID AIR or a tiger jumping thru a hoop and coming out the other side an elephant...the sky is the limit.

Replicate the solar system ... with comets. AND the Sun goes Super Nova at the end...

I wonder how many drones are replaced during a performance given the battery life.
