How Pickey can a Bank Get

Hi Guys.

Yesterday I sent of substantial Money order to Bintel, for some equipment, the money order got there no worries, but a gentleman from Bintel rang me this afternoon, saying that the Bank wouldn't accept the money order because it had Bintel Shop on it instead of The Binocular and Telescope Shop :screwy:

I cant quite get around that one yet.:shrug:

Leon, If the money order was issued by Aussie Post it can be cashed at any of their offices. Greg.
P.S. I.D. should not be a problem for Bintel, even their cards are marked so.

It was probably my fault as I asked the post office to just write Bintel on it, I mean that is the name of their shop.

Ah, well, never mind the equipment is still coming, as i made other arrangements for payment, and the Money Order is coming back to me tomorrow, so I'll have to take it back to the post office and get a refund.

I think money orders can only be cashed at P.O's if they're under $100? :shrug:
