Observatory for Nowra, NSW?

Just wondering if anyone has any information on the University of Wollongong & it's plans to build an observatory at it's West Nowra campus this year. Heard about it today but can't find any related information even on the UoW website.

It is in the media behind a pay wall at the Shoalhaven Star gazette...

"A partnership between Shoalhaven Astronomers and Shoalhaven UOW will see a new space observatory brought to the campus, with costs funded by a state government grant..."


So I'd try a contact from the link and go from there or get a copy of the local paper, any updates would be good as I like Jervis Bay for the dog's holiday.
