NACAA XXX -- 2022 is Online!!

As the headline shows, the National Australian Convention of Amateur Astronomers that was to be held in Melbourne by the Astronomical Society of Victoria will now be fully online.

The ASV will still be the 'hosts' and will be facilitating the live broadcast of the event.

The first day of the broadcast will be Easter Saturday, April 16, 2022 in keeping with our usual NACAA format. The second day of broadcast will now change to the following Saturday, April 23, 2022.

There will be one stream per day starting at 09:00 AEST and THERE WILL BE NO COST TO ATTEND!

To view the presentations, simply use YouTube or Facebook, so there is no need to add additional software to your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Hi Chris,

This is wonderful news. There is no way I could get to Melbourne ATM.

I've just passed the news to Yasmin, who informed me that the second Saturday clashes with a nephew's birthday party. Do you know whether the stream will be available after the event?
