A couple of years ago I retired and decided to get into astronomy. I bought a SkyWatcher Classic 25P Dobsonian telescope but, after using it a few times, I was diagnosed with a serious illness so the telescope was put into storage. As I have now recovered sufficiently I wanted to start skywatching again but unfortunately I am now not strong enough to cope with the somewhat heavy SkyWatcher telescope and will have to sell it.
So I have now bought a Celestron StarSense Explorer DX130 and, if it ever stops raining here :(, I'm looking forward to using it. in the meantime, I was hoping some of you may have the same telescope or model and might share your experiences / opinions about this telescope and the StarSense app or, even better, any images you have taken...because I'm going to need all the help I can get!!:) Thanks.
