equinox lunacy

well clear skies are rarer then hens teeth;), i actually managed to image the moon:D, first time in a very looong time, i had to remove the cobwebs literally. i call this the equinox luny time as it we pass that point where nights get longer and days shorter,
taken from the doghouse observatory 132FLT refractor and ASI183mc camera. stacked in as3, registax6 and photoshop for final tweaking.

Very nice and crisp image David, nothing loony about it despite the cobwebs and lack of hens teeth. Was great to have a clear night at last.
Was out imaging last night ( this morning ) and was looking at the moon and thinking that the seeing was steady and maybe worth having a look at through a scope but by then the battery for the mount was getting low on power so called it a night instead.
