Had to wait for the clouds to clear this morning. Plenty of interest on the sun at the moment.

Some white light images of the main sunspot regions. We appear to have picked up some annoying dust specks even after cleaning the sensor. We'll have to improve for next time.
Clare and Peter, nice shot of the solar disk and some of the prominent AR’s. Well done.

Lovely images. Its amazing what 40mm of aperture allows you to see.

Thanks Richard.
We very often are looking at the computer screen seeing what we are capturing and look out the door to seeing the Lunt on its mount. We just shake our heads in amazement that there are enough photons getting down that small aperture to make the image on the screen. Magic :)
The caption for this picture could be "Does this mount make may scope look small?"
The weight is far too heavy!
