We had three clear nights so I aimed the scope at Carinea nebula, NGC 3372 for a SHO image.
In total 21 hours and 45 minutes of exposures, each sub is 900s.
The first process wasn't too bad but I wasn't super happy.
So yesterday I redid it with a slightly different workflow.
And now I am pretty happy with the result.
In the mean time I have learned how to remove stars using StarNet++, adding stars back in, channel blending. A very productive night.
Equipment used:
SW HEQ5Pro GOTO
SW ED80
Orion field flattener
Esatto focuser
QHYOAG
ZWO ASI120MM mini
QHYCFW-L3
QHY268M
Antlia Pro 2" Ha and O3
Software used:
PHD2
NINA
DSS
Photoshop
