Hello from Edinburgh

Hello everyone on IIS,

I haven't logged on for quite a while but I have been with you since the early days and around the world since, living in astronomically way less hospitable places than Australia. Now I'm settled in Edinburgh. Great city, not so great skies, but a strong tradition of science, astronomy and discovery.

Saturday I'm going to Astronomical Society of Edinburgh event "Telescope HELP" - anyone else reading this in Edinburgh and interested, I know they say it's fully booked but give me a shout.

I miss the Aussie skies. Central Victoria...
