About 2 mins ago looking north in Perth.
Went east to west, duration about 2 seconds, but it was very different to normal shooting stars.
It was fat and slow, you could see the burning up glow streaming outwards off the front of it.
White at the centre out to mid blue.
Very pretty.
Otherwise not much to report, very bright sky and not a good atmosphere to look through. I don't know all the technical terms but it's been 40°c for three days so lots of heat about.
Heading up to Jarrahdale oval tomorrow night with two mates and their old dusty newts. 7pm onwards.
