Hi
Attached are a couple of images of NGC 1672 taken over the past 2 nights.
Approximately 4hrs total exposure; RC14+ASI2600MC camera + EQ8.
Generally 600s subs, processed in APP.
Low re full frame at 25% full size & 50% crop at 50% full size attached.

To nit-pick there are some very faint arcs in the sky background that
I suspect are artifacts from bright off axis stars.
None the less, they are very faint and don't detract from a great result .

Very nice, I see you integrated a satellite in the image as well. Didn't see it the first time. Wonder if it is Musks wonder internet.

Since your comment, I have investigated possible internal reflections & have 3d printed an extension to the baffle tube.
I had made an end-cap with a baffle for the end of the tube previously, but this would still allow off-axis rays to bounce around within the tube.
Also added some felt flocking which appears to make a big difference to visible light compared to the stock black paint.
