What is GSO? GSO telescope? GSO eye piece??? What does GSO stand for? :shrug: :help:

To clarify a little.

GSO is a manufacturer of telescopes and optical gear that some retailers put their own name on to sell as a 'house brand'. The Meade lightbridge scopes are made by GSO. Most Orion and Skywatcher stuff is made by their main competitor, Synta.
