This was taken with my 11" EdgeHD fitted with a 0.7 reducer.

Unfortunately the comet disappeared from my view after only 3 live stacks, so will have another go tomorrow.

Taken with a ASI294MC and 3x30 second exposures. A lot of twilight to deal with !

Thanks Mick. Looks like high cloud will prevent any observations tonight :(

Managed to get a few after high cloud dissipated briefly. This was a 60 second exposure.

Nice work, yes it was cloudy on the east coast as well, this comet is getting higher in the western sky for us.

Yes, hopefully the next few days will bring better viewing. ASIAir can't lock in enough stars for decent live stacking at present.

Massive display on Christmas eve - can it get any better !

how do you track it? I tried a live stack a few days ago, but got motion blur on the comet.

I'm using the ASIAir Pro with AZEQ6-GT. The above image was 14 x 30 sec exposures. I'm not sure how much it moves over ~10 minutes.
BTW, no dark or bias frames were used.

Our clear weather is over for the time in the east, rain this morning. Nice work :)

Taken around 8.50pm Perth time on 25 December, showing some some interesting ejections in the tail.

Thanks for all the comments guys. It's been very rewarding tracking this comet the last week.

This last one is fantastic. One of my favourites I’ve seen!

Thanks Dave. That was the last of three 18 × 30 sec exposures I took - with the darkest sky. BTW, all these were taken through an Optolong L-Pro filter. It's proving to be money well spent!

The width of the image is approximately 2.2 degrees.
Cloud cover prevented any views of the comet last night. It was also incredibly warm - about 34C at 9pm !
