This is so devastating, four children killed and others injured
when a jumping castle blew into the air.
My heart goes out to the parents and the children at
this terrible time.

Saw that in the news. That's terrible. Many other kids are in a bad shape as well from the reports. The industry wasn't very well regulated many years ago and it seems there are still many dodgy operators out there. Anchors are a must for any inflatable structure. I was working with a rooftop advertising mob over 20 years ago and there were already many close calls and horror stories in the industry regarding jumping castles.

Such a terrible accident and tragedy
It’s not the first time this has happened
I agree there must be more regulation on these things ( or at least restrict them to indoor play centres etc...)
Not the first time this has happened, I remember one flew up the air in the US early this year and another accident in Australia, November last year

Absolutely unimaginable tragedy. I felt sick to the stomach reading the news article. Prayers for the families involved

A bit of experimenting could come up with anchors capable of withstanding
anything short of a violent storm, when the thing shouldn't be in use anyway.
I hope no more of the critically injured children succumb to their injuries.
