Celestron 8 (200 mm) f/10 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope (fully multi-coated), on powered Alt-Az Go-To mount and heavy-duty tripod. Mount can be powered by 12-volt power supply (not supplied with this sale). Celestron 9 x 50 Finder-scope included.
Very good condition, full working order.
Note: a bit of dew has found its way onto the inside of the front corrector plate, and can be seen in the photos. This doesnt seem to impact the basic visual image quality, but the buyer will no doubt want to clean the corrector plate. I am happy to remove and clean the corrector plate before sale, but I have left it as is at present, as a fastidious buyer may prefer to clean the corrector plate themselves.

Telescope sells new for over $4000; I am looking for $1500 (negotiable) priced down to reflect the dew inside the corrector plate.
I am looking to sell locally (Kelvin Grove, Brisbane), but will consider meeting within SE Qld area. I am not wanting to ship interstate, due to challenges of packing, freight charges, insurance, etc.
