Jupiter this morning April 24 in average conditions

Well it's been 12 days since I last imaged Jove and boy or boy has it grown in size.

Despite average seeing conditions and stars twinkling all over the place, having my full thickness 12.5" mirror 0.5 degrees below ambient did the trick and captured some good details.

Hope others got out there.

yes, now that you have taken the boundary layer issues out of the equation. you can get a proper "feel" for seeing

Maybe the blu channel was gained? Anyway a very good job.
