Posted a cropped version of this one in another forum and someone pointed me here to where the full photo would be appropriate.

Just feeling my way into astrophotography and had a go at this the other night after a few tests in my backyard. I live near Plenty Gorge National Park so this was taken just on the edge of the park as far away from the streetlights as I could get. The purple splotch in the middle is the Carina Nebula. The Wishing Well Cluster and Southern Pleaides are also visible.

Gear

Camera: Panasonic DMC-G7 (Micro Four Thirds)
Lens: 25mm f2.0 (50mm full frame)
Tripod: Stationary $45 cheap and cheerful from Ted's camera.

Settings

ISO: 1600
Exposures: 10 Exposures at 10 seconds each.
Shooting Mode: RAW

Post-Processing

Images Stacked in Sequator with Reduce Dynamic Noise, Reduce Distortion Effects, Merge 4 Pixels all on.
Contrast and saturation processing, auto sky detection and dehazing in Lightroom.

Anthony, there are several probable reasons why you have received no responses to your image. Firstly, this is not a beginners' section, so viewers are used to seeing good to high quality images.
Secondly, whatever method you are using to post your images, is resulting
in images that can't be enlarged for closer inspection by viewers, which is
essential for evaluating images.
Thirdly, without wishing to be unkind, 10 sec images are virtually a waste of time; you are applying all kinds of software functions to an image that can't
produce a good result.
If you are stuck with a static tripod, as I stated in your other thread, your
stars seem to be round, so you might get away with slightly longer subs,
say 13-15 secs, and if your ambient temperature is below about 20degs you
could try ISO3200 and lots of subs, the more the merrier.
