That's pretty far south. I didn't go to that region but yes I've seen quite a few blogs of that museum before.

Looks like fun. I want to go there. I have not been that far down either but there are a lot of places to go in that area. Visit the art island on the way.

:astron::P Drool. If they need to clear some space I'd be glad to take a Pentax or Nikon or Unitron or Tak or Vixen off there hands, 150mm minimum though. I'm sure they wouldn't miss just one.
What an awesome collection of telescopes, kid in a lolly shop doesn't come close to describing how it would feel to visit the museum.

Kyoei-Tokyo was about 1.1km away from my former office and I used to go there regularly on my way to Akihabara. I'd often walk through AKB too an onward to Starbase. There used to be like 3-4 astro stores around. that 2 km radius but Kyoei and Starbase would be the main ones.
Miss Tokyo a lot.

Not too far from Okayama and Osaka. Easy to get there. I've added it to my list. Thanks!

Wow, most certainly on the list of places to see, could have taken any of these home, could not get them in to carry on though, would have loved even one of the unitron satellite scopes.....perhaps another time
