I am thinking how would a Williams Optics variable reducer with 12inch Meade acf with a Canon eos ra hanging off it so I could get a lunar full disk? Think this could work?

I believe the trick with reducers is approximately equal focal length of scope and for the FL the reducer is designed for. You’d have to do the maths because I have no idea about specs if either the Meade or the WO reducer

The acf scope should already have a flat field and most reducers are also flatners. That is likely to cause problems.
Having said that, stick it on, see what you get. You may be happy the result, even if it isn't perfect.
